Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: the best leaders should spend more time listening to other people's ideas than talking about his own ideas.
題型：二選一
對於那些條件不错的國家和地區來說，做領導其實可以多聽，因為大家都比較牛，領導没有必要一直得比，稍微說說人家都會幹了，反而多聽聽有利於自己進步。
然而對於條件不是那麼好的地方来說，老百姓都没接受過啥教育，也不懂啥東西，領導最好有點本事，專制一點，這要是大家都說起來了，就亂成一鍋粥了。
在此我把前幾次點題課上的一個寫作题目的主题句黏貼過來了，其實在最近的解析中也是多次出現，稍微改動了一下：
When it comes to those leaders in developed countries where most of local people have received better-resourced education, there is a reason for them to place more emphasis on listening to other people's ideas.
However, when we think about those poverty-stricken countries, where people are still living in a destitute and dismal life and are deprived of the best things that formal education has to offer, it is groundless to claim that listening to other people's ideas carries more weight than talking about their own ones.2015年12月19日托福寫作機經下載

閱讀文章是關於拉斯科洞穴壁畫的目地，閱讀說這個壁畫是跟狩獵相關的，給了三個理由。
The reading is about Lascaux cave painting, painted by people living in ancient times. The reading give an image of a big horse, saying that the purpose of these cave paintings are related to hunting.

牆上的動物都很大，而且還有箭作為裝飾圖案。大部分動物都是受傷的，很可能是被圖中的箭弄傷的。
Animals painted on the wall are extremely large, together with motifs of arrows, most of these animals are hurt, injured by such arrows perhaps.
牆上有些人的圖像帶着動物的頭，其中一個解釋是他們企圖通過這種方式偽装自己。
Some human images on the wall are wearing animal heads. One explanation for this is that they often disguised themselves as animals, in order to catch them for food.
這些壁畫也能可能是用來為狩獵祈福的。
Third reason for this is that painting of animals are regarded as blessing to make their hunting successful.

閱讀裡說的毫無根據因為有些動物當時的人打獵的時候是不需要的，比如貓；還有一些動物没有受傷，身上没有箭。而且當時主要的打獵對象畫上並沒有出現；
The idea in the reading is groundless, because there are still many other small animals on the wall that these ancient often did not hunt, such as cats, and still there are many animal are not injured, and no arrows on them. The major hunting target ring deer was not on the painting. Thus not necessarily related with the hunting purpose.
這個畫不能被理解成為了打獵進行的偽裝，因為畫上的人好像在睡著，而沒有在打獵。

這些壁畫實際上用來祭祀的禮儀，在這個過程當中動物扮演非常重要的角色。
This represents as certain original ritual to worship the dead because they thought that the spirit of the dead were still haunting around them in terms of animal.
